SBIS makes a range of datasets and documents available for direct download, including GIS data, PDF maps, and biodiversity publications. Some downloads are only visible to logged-in users with a specific role – if you cannot see a resource you need, please contact us to discuss access. All downloadable data is subject to SBIS terms and conditions and attribution requirements.
Hedgerows – GIS Data: SBIS LiDAR-derived hedgerow GIS data for Suffolk, available for download in multiple formats. Includes hedge line mapping and canopy height data. Access is restricted to organisations with a current SLA or equivalent agreement.
Hedgerows – PDF Maps: Downloadable PDF maps showing hedgerow extent across Suffolk parishes, derived from the SBIS LiDAR hedgerow dataset.
Document downloads: A collection of SBIS guidance documents, information sheets, and publications available for download, including the Suffolk Biodiversity Validation Checklist and County Wildlife Site documents.
Biodiversity data: Downloadable biodiversity datasets for Suffolk, available to organisations with appropriate data sharing agreements. Includes species records, habitat data, and related datasets. Contact us if you are not sure which access tier applies to your organisation.
County Wildlife Site and GeoSite data: Downloadable County Wildlife Site and County GeoSite boundary data and citations for Suffolk. Available to organisations with appropriate data sharing agreements.
